I have been seeing this dentist for 20+ years. When I first went to Dr. Carano, I had a mouthful of cavities and the resulting fillings, crowns that were not done correctly by the original dentists and a bout of TMJ, all of which were corrected by Dr. Carano and his staff. Potential gum recession has been headed off by his hygenist's expertise and attention to detail. I've seen huge improvements in my oral health with this dentist and when I visit his office, it's like visiting family. I highly recommend Dr. Carano and staff.

I found this office to be of the highest standards of quality and patient care. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. Dr. Carano explained the procedures and problems clearly and with compassion, and gave me several options for treatment. He was very gentle adn fun to work with
