I have been seeing Dr. Choate for so many years for many different reasons. He has always put me back together!!! He knows what he is doing and I trust him completely. They can always get me in and I never have to wait. The office staff are very knowledgeable and I never have a problem with billing issues. If you want a great place to go I suggest trying Spinal & Sports Care first because you will not have to look any further.

My son saw him for the first time yesterday. It looks like my son has scoliosis and we'll be seeing a lot more of Dr. Choate in the future. He's thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, and his bedside manner is A+++!

Dr. Choate and his staff have been in my life for 13 years. I recently experienced pain in both arms from shoulder to elbow that seemed to come about for no reason yet stayed for several months until I went in to see Dr. Choate. Over the course of 3 visits once a week, Dr. Choate used a few specialized tools and his other tricks of the trade to eliminate 99% of my pain. I had great difficulty pulling shirts up over my head, reaching behind me and straight up but this too improved beyond belief! I now have full range of arm and shoulder movements again without any pain and am very grateful to this doctor and his staff.
Oh yeah...one more thing...hallelujah!

I love the staff. When I need an appt fast they do everything in their power to see it happens. Dr Choate knows and remembers what worked for me in the past and uses that information to give me the best treatment he can.

My experience with Dr. Choate was great. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Choate was wonderful! I was having a good deal of pain in my hip area and after seeing him for a couple of weeks it is so much better. I rarely have problems with it at all now. I would go to see him again in a minute if I had any further issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
