He was recommended by a friend and I had a couple of visits with him for a back procedure he was going to do. I had no real concerns until he abruptly canceled the operation a couple of hours to it being done and never getting back to me as he said he would. Then his staff really started confusing thingswith times and dates, and I no longer knew what was going on or why and I could no longer trust him of his staff. Things weren't being handled properly and I'm still dealing with a serious problem. Really disappointing.

Dr. Allen performed cervical surgery on my Dad at Idaho Doctor's Hospital in Blackfoot. He was fantastic, his PA Sara was amazing, and they addressed every issue he had very well. I've never been more impressed with medical professionals!

Dr. Allen was extremely knowledgeable and competent! He was easy to talk with, answered all my questions, and always got back to me in a timely manner before and after surgery. We expunged all our options before surgery was performed and then the results were phenomenal. I have since moved to Washington and will return to Dr. Allen should any problems arise in the future. Thank you Dr. Allen!

He really cares about his patients! Spends the time needed to explain procedures and options. Good follow-up after surgery; he calls patient frequently. Kind and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again.
