Everything about this place is right! The staff, the experienced Doctor, the atmosphere... Everything! They are BIG on customer service and they have done a great job choosing the right staff for that! The Dr. Al is very informative about my treatment. When I leave there I know what adjustments he's making to my braces and why. I also know what to expect from my teeth over the next couple weeks until me next visit. I feel very included in my treatment, and I feel very valued and a patient there. I live in Germantown MD, and the office is in VA, but it's definitely worth the trip!
