I was a new patient today at this office. Staff was courteous, helpful, very efficient and nice, to include the Physician Assistant. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the doctor himself. The doctor seemed annoyed upon entering the room, did a quick exam, seemed crotchety in how he asked me to rate my pain and then made a rude comment when I asked if my insurance would cover the cream he prescribed, he responded with sass stating "let me call Obama, oh wait, he is in Hawaii... if it's too expensive, then don't get it, the rash should go away on it's own in 4-6 weeks." The 2 PA's in the room stood there with flat looks, no response. I won't be returning to that doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bikowski for many years. I know when I have an appointment that I won't be waiting an hour in the waiting room because he is usually on time. His office staff is friendly and professional. I am fair skinned and have a lot of freckles and moles. I can 100\% trust his judgment when I ask him if something may be cancerous that he will make the right decision and do further testing if necessary. I wouldn't trust anyone else with burning things off my face or other parts of my body. If he says it won't leave a bad scar, I can count on that. I don't like going to the dermatologist, but it is important to me that I have a doctor whose judgment I can trust.

Listen, please to all of you who read the above comments...i have been a patient of dr. bikowsi's for 33 years!! did you get that? 33 years. yes, he is abrupt, yes he does ask "what else" and yes he does dictate into a recorder....he sees 80 patients per day! that is not the reputation of a poor physician. i agree with the comment that if you want coddled and hand held, go see another stupid doctor who has NO clue how to diagnose dermatologic conditions appropriately. if you want a doctor who knows what he is doing....this is the man to see. Let's face it folks you're there for a medical professional....not a waitress.

I started going to the Bikoski Skin Care Center a few years ago. Dr. Bikoski was fine at the first couple appointments-quick, to the point-but I felt he was knowledgeable. My last recent appointment I have decided I will NOT be going back and I will make sure people know NOT to go to him. I was so caught off guard with his rude and insulting behavior. I've never been to a Dr. who behaved like that before and was just shocked. It was very disappointing and I feel like I wasted my time and money. I've already gotten an appointment with a new practice. He needs to retire, he has no right treating patients that way.

I attended this oaf today. How I wish I had found this website before I went! I only went to him because my own dermatologist was unavailable for another two months. The reception people acted as if they were in a horror movie. There's a morose young man who looks drugged and a fed-up looking middle-aged woman who looks as if she has piles. The doctor, can he really be called that? treated me like an imbecile. He was rude, demeaning, and basically dismissed my concerns. When I asked him questions he abruptly told me that we weren't discussing that. The assistant with him looked as if she were either petrified of him or wanted to leave. He's very cocky, supercilious and loathesome. He also speaks in a very loud voice that can be heard outside the room. Therefore, there's no privacy. He looked as if he were enjoying speaking into his recorder, as if he were so extremely important. Very disappointed in him.

I just came back from Dr. Bikowski.7/15/10 I wish I had read the reviews ahead. I don't think I ever met a more pompous and rude physician. No, I don't want him to hold my hand, however, I don't want him looking down at me for asking questions and saying "what else!" "what else!" in such an abrupt and loud manner. I was forced to jump out of the chair and leave so as not to get him angrier. I had brown sun spots on my face. He told me they were nothing to worry about and "seared" them off without describing the processs, or if they'll become infected. It happened so quickly. He, along with the reception area needs to know that kindness, courtesy, and respect go a long way in this world.

Looking at the other ratings of this physician, I get the feeling that these are just a few crazy, whining patients who float from doc-to-doc and are NEVER satisified. Dr B and his PA, have taken care of my family, friends, and co-workers for over 20 years and I have NEVER had a problem. If you are looking for someone to coddle you and hold your hand while you cry over your acne, go to another doctor. Otherwise this man is caring, punctual, and just a great old time physician.

Worse experience ever. Made my 10 year old son cry. Would not listen to anything. Very condescending
