I have been a costumer for several years and recently was treated very poorly by the staff and doctor because I wanted to purchase my contact lenses through a different retailer. Although I had paid for my exam and bought glasses through their office when asking for a prescription for my contact lenses I was told by the doctor that it was "not a priority" to the staff to get my prescription to me. I had to return or call the office 4 times after my initial visit for errors made by the doctor and staff. Definitely not a pleasant experience and I will not return to their office.
