Worst doctor ever, greedy only wants money, does not care , has a severe distaste towards patients, would not answer any questions and wrote incomplete report to primary care doctor. he also gave me a worst scenario with nothing to substantiate his claim he left me in the dark and just walked out of the room . a real idiot.

I recently went thru surgery with Dr Bianco . He was professional, punctual friendly, and my surgery went great without issues. I have recommended him to my family as well as friends.

Terrible doctor , he needs to find another profession that he enjoys . My opinion is he has some type of personality disorder , severe general distaste towards his patients .

I saw him January 2013. He did all sorts of tests and could not find any reason for my decreased vision in my left eye. He said nothing could be done. And they definitely wanted their money paid up front that very day and they did not accept my insurance. Then I went for a second opinion at UCSD in March 2013 at the Shiley Eye Center. They quickly determined that I had a cataract. They also accepted my insurance and were very laid-back about the billing. I ended up only paying about $100 total when they finally got around to billing me after my insurance kicked in. I am going back to them to have cataract surgery. My question is why didn't Dr. Bianco find this cataract? It did not develop in just those two months. I will never go back to him he was very unhelpful and just charged a lot of money for nothing.

Dr. Bianco was very rude and unfriendly. He gave me a worst case scenario as fact with no information to calm me.
