Dr Perez is excellent--professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He treated me for chronic plantar fasciitis in the right foot by performing a Tenex surgery in 2014 or '15, which was a less invasive technique that I'd researched. I sought out Dr Perez because he was was able to do this type of surgery, which was easy to recover from and worked marvelously for me. I recovered without needing to go back into his office.

Then in December of 2022, my other foot (the left) developed chronic plantar fasciitis again, 13 years after having had a 2 year ordeal with it in physical therapy, a traditional (horrible) fascial release surgery by a different doctor, and more PT to recover from the surgery. This time Dr Perez recommended 4 treatments of EPAT (a new technology: shockwave therapy) that he explained would work over a period or weeks or months. It was not covered by insurance. I was skeptical that this would work, since that foot had previously had a major surgery. I went through the treatments, which provided only a little bit of relief immediately afterwards, and some pain after the 3rd treatment only. But then 4 or 5 weeks after the 4th and final treatment, my foot stopped hurting! I could not believe it! I am forever grateful to Dr Perez's expertise and for his advise to go with an non surgical, noninvasive treatment! It worked!

Would highly recommend! It was a great experience from making the appointment to seeing Dr. Perez. Everyone was so friendly and very informative. They made sure that I understood everything that was going to get done that day to what I needed to do when I went home. I would recommend Dr.Perez and his staff to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

Dr. Perez performed surgery on my left foot removing a bone spur. He addressed all of my concerns and had me back to regular life in very little time.

Dr. Perez and his staff were wonderful when I came to them with a hammertoe. He was thorough in his examination and explained just what it was that needed to be done. He then performed the surgery and even though I'm an elderly individual, the recover was smooth.

After having my foot crushed by a heavy object I was told by another physician that my toe was dislocated and he was going to reset it. Having looked at the x-ray I was skeptical, so I requested to go to a specialist. Luckily I asked for a specialist because when Dr. Perez saw my x-ray he said everything was intact and I just needed to have my nail removed. Dr. Perez spared me from another physician breaking my toe! All the while his staff were wonderful and very quick to help. Thank you!

I've had surgery done on both feet at separate times and the results up to this point are very good. Dr. Perez explains the procedures and has patience when answering questions. He has several locations making it convenient to see him. Would not hesitate in recommending him.

Horrible experience. I am diabetic. I came in with foot pain in both feet. He spent approximately 10 minutes with me and said he only had time to look at one foot. I'm on my own for the other one. I hope I don't have to get it amputated.

Dr Perez is very good at listening to what is wrong with you rather than telling you what's wrong with you and then working with you to resolve the problem and not just treat the symptoms. He took his time to listen to me. That means alot.
