My sis in law had chest pains night of Aug.27. Fire dept arrived after 911 call. She collapsed. Shocked her twice with paddles at home. At ER she was put into med induced coma & sent to CCU. Coma X 7days. Sedative turned off on Sept 4. Dr. Chohan on Sept 6 "I don't know why she wont wake up." Sept.8 "Think about long term care" Dr. Chohan's Nurse Practioner on Sept. 12. "She was shocked with paddles 2 times at home and 2 times in ambulance. She went too long without oxygen. Brain Damage not repairable. She will always be a vegetable." I think Dr. Chohan committed Medicare fraud. Dr. Chohan was not truthful with family. He knew of her wishes to not be on life support without hope of recovery, yet he kept the hope alive for 16 days in order to get money from medicare. We had ventilator turned off on Sept.13. When he found out we had hope he decided to capitalize on it because she was on Medicare. After machines turned off he said "I think this is the best thing".
