Worst doctor ever! Don't waste your money! Go elsewhere!

Do not waste your time or money with Dr. Korshunova. Unless you want a doctor that shows you little to no respect and makes it clear that she does not care about you nor you well being.

Very hard to find a doctor who takes time to know you, and works thouroughly with you. Dr. K is the one!!

Looking for a compassionte doctor look elsewhere..called her with bad side effects on medicine said to keep taking it..waste of time.should go back to Europe to practice

I received a bill for $210, minus my $10 copay (which I submitted at the time of appointment). I showed up punctual for my appointment however needed to leave because I was on my work-lunch and needed to get back and was sitting there waiting for approximately 25 minutes. Dr. Korshunova did not advise me that she was running behind nor did her staff when I arrived for the appointment. I tried to call the office when I received the bill to dispute, wrote a letter and they still will not take off the $200 balance. On top of that, I am going through severe withdrawals due to the lack of meds since I am out of refills. I even called the office, to see if another doctor would see me since Dr. Korshnova is very rude, nasty, and uncompassionate. The doctor's office would not even call me back even though I explained how upset I was. I recommend that you DO NOT go to this doctor's office. This is the worst customer service and patient care I have ever experienced in my life!!!!!!!!!!!

I really felt she did not care about me as a patient and did not listen to me. I went to her when I was in a fragile state of mind and she could have cared less about how I was feeling and her treatment less than adequate.
