Such a GREAT DOCTOR !!! I am a mediCAL pt. I am so grateful to this doctor who is very generous of his time, service. He did an excellent job on my right knee torn meniscus... was quite embarass with the left, but he didnt made me feel bad , but he was very cool and still willing to help me out. He does care for his patients. May God BLESS YOU DR. BUSFIELD !!! You are such a gem in the healthcare with your expertise, professionalism, down to earth personality and attitude. :)

Dr Busfield is very nice and efficient, and is no doubt a good doctor, however his staff are terrible.

I went in for a knee injury on Feb 19th. He ordered an MRI, and said his office would call me when they got the insurance approval. I waited until Feb 23rd, and called them to see what was going on. They had gotten the approval on the 19th, and no one bothered to call me, even though they said they would.

Then I had to wait until March 3rd to get the MRI. That wait was for Sutter, but there is no telling if I would have had to wait as long if they had called me the 19th and I had tried to schedule it that day, rather than 4 days later.

Now, they will not give me my results until I come in to see Dr Busfield, but they won't get me in for 10 more days. 10 more days of pain, difficulty working, difficulty walking, just to see WHETHER something is wrong on the MRI. For all I know they will wait 10 days, then say, looks normal, we don't know what's going on. I asked if they had he results, and the receptionist said they can see the results but won't tell me anything about them unless I come in.

I asked to have my results sent to another surgeon since they have been so irresponsible, and they said they won't even do that unless I come in first, and they can't get me in for 10 days.
This is ridiculous.
