During the exam, this eye doctor gave out a homemade propaganda flyer falsely claiming the COVID vaccine causes shingles. She made a point of asking about vaccine status during the exam, and cautioning us against further vaccinations. She should not be trusted.

Theresa Rua is a WONDERFUL eye doctor! Extremely knowledgeable and kind. She's been my eye MD for about 12 years at two different locations. She is great with children, and in my case, a person who is physically challenged. I've NEVER heard an unkind word about her skills or professionalism. If you are in the Bellmore area, go see her. She will help you!
