Dr. Ogren is WONDERFUL! His front desk staff is not - they can actually be rude at times. The biggest complaint from EVERYONE who sees him is the wait! It is not uncommon to wait more than an hour after appointment time to get into the exam room. He is very personable and caring. He takes his time with every patient - thus the wait.
