The staff is good and friendly. The office is small and located in basement. However I personally feel Dr.Patel is very pushy. She constantly keeps finding cavities to be filled or even refill the ones that already have a filling. Every dentist does that and I have been to my fair share of them lot. However the way she pushes you to get fillings done makes you feel like her ATM. She prescribes way too many procedures for simple things. Her office does not have a hygienist and she does a terrible job of cleaning- too rough while cleaning. I donot recommend her if you have cavities.
