Although we should have paid only 10% per our insurance, my husband was charged almost $300! I've been trying for months to get a refund. They keep saying their billing service takes care of this. The front office staff has no clue how to check the computer for insurance payments. The woman even called BS & still couldn't get the correct info. Find another foot doctor!
