I have been going to Dr. Pogoda, for over 15 years. He is a great dentist and i will always recommend him to anyone. His hygienist and staff are great and very friendly. They always make sure our appointments are confirmed the day before. I never have had an issue with this office. His front desk are helpful and will go the extra mile when you need to be refer out. I refer all my friends and co workers here, because they are great.

I had been going there for a few years and on January 9th 2018 I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 PM on January 23rd. Soon after I made the appointment I received a voice message asking if I could change the appointment to 4:00 PM. I couldn't since I was already leaving work early to make the 4:30 PM appointment.
On January 23rd as I was driving to the appointment, I was about 15 minutes away I received a phone call from the office at 3:57 PM. Since I was driving I did not answer the call. about 5 minutes later when the office called again I answered the phone and they said my appointment was for 4 PM and I was late so they couldn't take me. I drove the remaining 5 minutes to the office and they lied to my face telling me that I agreed to a 4 PM appointment. I have a copy of the voice message where they ask If I can change the appointment to 4PM if anyone cares to hear it. If I didn’t agree o change the appointment, why were they calling me at 3:57 PM? To ask if I was going to be there in 3 minutes?

Dr. Pogoda is my dentist for 30 years now. Great with me and all of my family members. He has only done excellent work and knows how to keep it pain free . Some of the office help has had pluses and minuses but I go for the dentist and I trust that he does the best work always!
