I don't know how or why this woman is still practicing medicine. Does not show care or compassion for patients. If your reading this and considering visiting Mossinghoff this is what to expect: wait in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes, little to no eye content... she'll just click away at her keyboard, little to no communication. The staff at the desk are virtually useless. HONESTLY, unless you are looking for more stress in your life, just stay clear of this place all together!!!

My appointments consist of waiting over a hour in the awkward waiting room every time. She made me late several times to other things. The office staff are funny and kind. Once you get called back to her room she basically goes through a series of standard psychiatric questions from her computer. Types the answers for minutes without talking. Gets up and leaves the room and comes back and gives you a script. Tells you when to come back. Total time 10 minutes tops. She is not personable at all. It seems like she isn't very happy.

Get ready to wait a long time in a cramped waiting room then she won't look at you because she is typing everything into her computer when she feels SHE is done with you she will quickly show you the door

Dr. Mossinghoff is always epically behind schedule. We never waited any less than an hour for our appointment, once it was a two-hour wait. Staff was less than helpful. No one in the office seemed bothered by the incredible wait times that patients endure. She's a good practitioner, but investing an hour of waiting for a fifteen-minute appointment is more than I'm willing to do. There are plenty of good doctors who do value my time.
