Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient oriented. She cares about the patient and goes the extra step to provide the best care possible. Definitely not a patient mill. Each patient is made to feel special. When she's not on time, it's due to her spending quality time with the prior patient. You know that you will be rewarded for your wait with extra time if you need it.
