All this dentist wants to do is charge you upfront, out-of-pocket for the most expense procedure he wants to do. He would not even look at my insurance coverage. He stated information that was wrong. His staff led me to believe he would take my insurance, but only to insist on X-rays and exam, then argue with me about my insurance even when I asked to show him my coverage online. Never waste your time on this dentist.

Do not use this dentist for root canals. He broke a file off in my canal and now I have to go to a specialist to have the file removed, EXCEPT . . . he will not give me a refund and I do not have the money to have his work redone. He put so much pressure on my jaw while drilling that I had to stop him a few times to rest/massage my jaw. No wonder the file broke off. He had to give me numbing stuff 3 times because he kept hitting nerves that weren't numb yet. yikes! much pain
