Dr. Leslie is a warm and caring doctor. My experience has been positive. It seems to me that others feel the same way too. She is excellent in what she does! I hear it from other patients too. Maybe that is why she stands out in the crowd, The thing I like about her the best is her smile and general sense of being "real" with me . What doctor do you know that would send you a hand written card if she knew something special and/or sad is going on in your life!

Upper Cervical Care works for me. Thank goodness for what she does. Dr. Leslie is very knowledgeable and continues learning for her patients' benefit. I don't mind if they don't file insurance. I just want to feel good and she helps my body help itself to do just that. I call her a magician!!!!!!!!

Dr. Leslie is a dedicated doctor who truly cares about her work. I know I was frustrated with my pain prior to seeing Dr. Leslie. I took the conventional route and was referred to her by my dentist. I am glad I was!! She gives me 110%. My body needed to do the rest. Yes, she does not take insurance, but, it was worth the investment in myself which as paid off for me. I see that there is a review or two of being "hurried". What I have observed being a patient in her office, she will never make you wait weeks to see her. She will do her best to squeeze you in to try to help you. I know she must be good in what she does because she would not have other doctors referring to her if she did not get results.

I could not agree more, with the reviewer who posted on 2/7/11, about Dr. Windman's attitude. She is here to serve us, which means that there is no excuse to take out her feelings of frustration with a case or with someone's financial situation, on a patient. Her skills may be good, and her intentions good. However, they are not quite pure enough for me. If they were, she would be kinder. There is never call to scold adults as if they were children, for no reason. She did that to me twice, and I have had enough. She is just kind of insensitive and could stand to do some work, separating her ego from her work. She'd be more effective as a practitioner and time manager, if she did. If she is overwhelmed, she has no business making this anyone else's problem. Ungracious and unprofessional. For so long, I thought it was just me, as she also seems to have favorites; I was not one of them.

I have NEVER been more satisfied with a doctor as much as I have been with Dr. Leslie Windman!! The overall experience is wonderful..I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff and my care was outstanding..I was referred to her by a friend who suffered with years of pain. He said I must go see her. I knew from my first exam that she was very thorough, by the time I had my first correction I knew there was hope for me! It is rare to have a doctor who cares and heals..I am so grateful I was lead to this office..

Dr. Windman, L. is good at what she does but appears to be overwhelmed with clients. When asking her questions, her answers seem to be hurried and she has or becomes very perturb when having to speak to her patients over the phone. In fact, she doesn’t like conversation with her patients over the phone at least my experience with her. I have learned being in the medical field, it is very important to take out time to listen to your patients and when doing so, not to do it in a hurried manner. It’s really unfortunate when we feel we have made it to the top of our profession that we become untouchable. Dr. Windman my suggestion is: if your load is too heavy, try hiring an assistance a little help never hurt anyone. Last but not least try being kinder to your patients because without us/there is no you.

I have a deductable with my insurance so I had to pay all of it out of pocket. They don't file insurance for you either which is a major inconvenience.
