Extremely deceptive customer service practices. The Dr. is not friendly at all and lies to get patients to spend money on higher quality glasses. When the glasses cause health problems they only offer something different but won't compensate you for the extra you pay for thier pressure to purchase higher quality that are terrible. Shame on this Dr. AND his deceitful staff. They do not care. I notice a lot of reviews are not allowed. I wonder why. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. AT ANY OF HIS OFFICES. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will file one with the VA who sent me to this crook
