if i could give zero stars i would. I was given a Groupon Coupon as a gift for this location. I booked my appointment with no problems. I get to the office which i drove almost 1hr to get there in the rain and traffic. i wait 40 minutes before they see me. once i go in the room the dental assistant tells me i can’t use the Groupon Coupon because ive been there before. She mentions she asked the dentist but he wouldn’t honor it and i could cancel and leave if i wanted to Or i could pay the difference $750. She says it’s not that much as if she was paying for it. Even though its an office error and they should’ve caught that while they were booking my appointment. I’ve never experienced anything like this. If i would’ve known i would’ve cancelled the appointment and i wouldn’t have waisted my time. the staff was unprofessional and rude. Not only couldn’t they do the refund i have to call myself and handle it because the staff was so incompetent. Not to mention the doctor didn’t even have the decency to come into the room and talk to me… I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING. I’ve worked at multiple doctors offices and we’ve always honor our mistakes Even if we lost money. The doctor is obviously greedy that will lose a patient vs making things right when it’s HIS office who cant do a simple thing as scheduling appointments correctly.
