STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!!! Dr. Airey purposely sets you up so that you will have to come back to him multiple times. I had a simple cracked tooth that could have been fixed, but he insisted I needed a crown. He claims he has this special "do it all in one day" crown package that is extremely expensive. You get your crown within hours and you THINK it is a great thing because he talks it up so much to be. I received mine and it NEVER fit correctly. I had to go back multiple times and he got mad everytime because he couldn't charge me for those visits (like it was my fault). Finally, after the 3rd time, he took it off, drilled FOUR posts down into my bone and cemented the crown down claiming "this will never come off". At this point, what in the world am I going to do? A month later, my tooth abcessed very bad because the crown never FIT and bacteria was going down into my root. I ended up at a urgent care for the pain and my face was swollen so bad from the infection. Then, I had to try to find another dentist to fix everything. I ended up having to go see a dental surgeon to have an implant done. So, on top of the $3,000 I spent with this horrid "dentist", I ended up spending another $4,000 for a dental implant because I couldn't go without a molar. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORROR OF A "DENTIST" THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

I love Dr. Airey. He is kind and considerate, knowledgeable and very proficient. But today I had a very bad experience with an assistant. She was rude, abrasive, abrupt and dismissive. I have a dental phobia, as many people do. The doctor puts me at ease. But she created anxiety from the moment I entered the cubicle, and found the chair literally soaking wet from a recent cleaning. I asked her to dry it please, or hand me a towel. Obviously exasperated, she insisted that "it wouldn't hurt me" I let her know I didn't care to get wet, and she begrudgingly swiped a towel over it. It went down hill from there. I treated her politely, but she was rude and dismissive throughout. I mentioned her abruptness at the front desk, and I think she overheard, and was a little more pleasant as I left. She behaves like someone on an assembly line at a job they hate. Before retirement, I worked in doctor's offices for 20 years. The assistant is the life blood of any practice, making the patient's experience pleasant, or un. The reputation of any practice depends on the attitude of each person encountered from beginning to end of the appointment. A little kindness, patience and courtesy go a long way.

ATTENTION: THEY FALSIFIED MY X-RAYS TO SHOW CAVITIES IN AN ATTEMPT TO OVERCHARGE SERVICES. After a routine cleaning and x-rays (was told there was problems with x-ray machine and had to redo it 3 times), I was told that I had 2 cavities. I was very skeptical and wanted to get them taken out at another dentistry. New dentistry says that they refused to fax the x-rays over, so I file HIPAA and other paperwork to force them. After the new place looks at my teeth, they say that I actually have 0 cavities, despite having unusual-looking x-rays of what looks like evidence of cavities. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCAMMED, DO NOT GO HERE. Weirdest experience ever.

Totally happy with this practice. The doctor is so gentle and caring. Took a lot of time explaining everything. Everyone works together to give you the best possible experience. He sees emergencies, instead of saying dial 911 like most dentists do. Like the EMT's can help with a dental emergencies. He is very skilled and competent and really cares how you feel.

I recently switched dentists, in favor of Dr. Airey. I am pleasantly surprised and happy with my choice. He is very kind...and very knowlegable. His staff is helpful, and considerate. I believe he is thorough, interested and caring. So far I am really happy with this dentist.

I absolutely love this office. The doctor and staff are so kind and caring. I needed an antibiotic for a tooth infection when Dr. Airey was out of town. His receptionist called him as soon as his plane touched down...and within minutes he had called my prescription in. Then, as a courtesy, she (receptionist) called and let me know it was done. NO ONE gives this level of service anymore. He is just a nice man. And an excellent dentist. Period. .....Nancy Sampson

I cannot say enough good things about this office. They are proficient, courteous, skilled, kind. The Dr. has the most comforting chair side manner. I am a dental phobic of a scope most dentists have never seen. But this doctor puts you at ease and tries in every way to raise your comfort level. I will be seeing them forevermore for all of my exams and cleanings. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Airey and staff!!!💜

Dr. Airey's license has been suspended twice before. He fixes one thing while making sure you will have problems with something else in the future ( so he can keep "working" ).

Great office! I broke a tooth and they were able to do a cap for me in a single visit. I have had no problems! I've been telling everyone about this Dr and his staff. So kind and caring.
