I'm an RN. I locked up my neck while painting a room in my house. After getting xrays taken and my medical doctor (former boss) not seeing anything wrong, he prescribed a muscle relaxer and recommended a visit with Dr. Bridges. I have never heard of a medical doctor recommending a chiropractor ever, which impressed me. When I called to make the appointment, Dr. Bridges himself answered the phone which impressed me again. When I got there, he had my xrays up on his computer because he evidently has access permission from Providence Radiology, and this really impressed me that a hospital trusts him to use their system. So after an exam, he determined I had a lower neck vertebra rotated and an upper rib that was stuck elevated. He manipulated both bones very smoothly. He probably has the best adjusting technique I have experienced, and I have been to every chiropractor in both towns. My pain for the past 8 days was gone in 20 seconds. When he said at the end of the visit to "call me when you need me" instead of trying to up-sell more office visits, I knew I found my next chiropractor. I never write reviews online for health care providers, but I had to share my visit experience with Dr. Bridges.

I went to John on the recommendation of just about everyone on Facebook. I've seen him now about a dozen times over the past few years. Nice guy and very approachable. He never talks down to you and always listens. His adjusting techniques are old school and the best in town. He never hits you with a sales pitch. He just tells you to call him when you need him. Good dude.

I had just moved to the area and put both my neck and left knee out while moving furniture and shipping boxes into our new place. I asked my neighbor if he knew of a good Palmer grad chiro and he recommended Dr. Bridges. Went to see him the next morning. I have been a patient at Mt. Horeb for years, the home of Gonstead technique. Dr. Bridges not only performed that technique superbly on my neck, he used a few "other tricks" on my knee. I walked out a new man. I have had some amazing chiros work on me at Horeb, and Dr. Bridges is right up there with the best of them.
