Doctor was polite and courteous, and showed genuine concern. However, staff felt that even though the doctor ordered tests, I would have to be 'dying' to have any of the same tests covered by my insurance. I was told by the rude staff that they didn't have any of the billing codes for my insurance (United Healthcare is huge) and that I should have given them my card when I came in. If I hadn't given them my card - I wouldn't have been seen by the doctor at all! Staff is very unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the insurance.

Dr. Acuna was great, she walked me through my entire procedure and told me what to expect. She was realistic and thorough. Staff at front desk didn't file insurance paperwork correctly and we had an issue with that for a long time.

She cares alot about her patients. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly and she is the type of person you can ask anything and not feel dumb about your question. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had.
