Worst Doctor ever! Misdiagnosed my condition for over a year. I would not recommend this doctor for your pet! He is a disservice to the community. Arrogant, negligent, completely airheaded and distracted by his own self interest, talks more about his money and life than he does listen to his patients.

Thank goodness his nurse is nice because he was the worse doctor I have ever seen. Very arrogant and doesn't listen or respect what you are saying. He rushed the appointment and was just down right rude.

Moard has to be one of the worst doctors I've seen, gave me the wrong prescription twice which in turn required me to make a visit to ER also spent several days in the hospital thanks to his mistake!!

Dr. Moard misdiagnosed my husbands cancer. He had been seeing him for over a year and he kept saying it was nothing...turned out to be stage 4 which is the worst kind. We basically had to beg for a referral even after he told us that 95% of the time is turns out to be nothing. Well he was WRONG....what could have been easily treated with surgery turned into a non operable cancer due to the lasting effects that the surgery would have caused because of the spread to other important areas of the body. Then when we pulled his chart he typed in the notes that he could refer us if it didn't resolve. HE NEVER TOLD US THAT IN OUR APPOINTMENT. This was a perfect case of a doctor covering himself up.....Wouldn't allow my dog to be treated by him

Dr. Moard is a very knowledgeable Dr. and is very helpful and has many suggestions for my many medical issues. He is a good listener and from his many years in the ER, can apply that experience to the people he takes care of. Dr. Moard is kind. He has never been rude to me or anyone in my family. Theda is very fortunate to have such a special Dr. working for them. I have also recommended him to my friends too. I feel healthy now and that is a direct result in Dr. Moard believing in me and his explaining illnesses to me. I don't know what I am going to do when he retires! But I believe Theda Care will always be there with a competent replacement.

I've been seeing Dr. Moard for several years and he always enters the room with a smile and seems to be able to pick up the conversation (whether it be formal or informal) right where we left off at the last visit. I always leave feeling like I was the most important patient he had that day.

i have never meet a better doctor overall who really cares for his patients and thier family in every way he possibly can and be there when you need him, and as long as your honest he'll fix just about everything.

Dr.(and I put it lightly)Moard diagnosed my mom's dementia as depression and is now telling my dad that his dizziness is old age, even though he went to have a cardiac test and found SEVERE blockage. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Dr Moard has to be one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He does not take the time to listen, and made me feel like I was taking up his time for nothing. I went to see him to discuss some minor depression issues I had,My kids were both starting school, and I was feeling a sad FOR 3 about 3 months, he laughed and said what are your kids going off to college, he was our family doctor and knew very well that was the not the case. He then tossed a RX at me not really explaining anything.

The doctor and staff are helpful at the appt.'s and when I call for something on the phone its expedited. I am the type of patient whom has alot of questions at times and I always get answered at Dr. Moards. They are very timely with my appt.'s too. I am very satisfied with my care at Dr. Moards office.
