I went to this “dentist” years ago. He was a butcher that left my mouth in ruins. It took 3 different oral surgeon specialists to fix the damage that he did to my teeth and gums, and I still ended up losing a tooth. Every dentist in town will tell you they can tell his work immediately in their patients because his work is so bad. Worst of all, when the FBI raided his office in 2011 for insurance fraud, they found that he had no working sterilization equipment, did not change gloves between patients, and reused dirty crowns from patient to patient. When I filed my complaint with the Pa Board of Dentistry, I was the 99th complainant. And there were way more after me. Why the Board of Dentistry didn’t act to remove this monster from practice is beyond me. I maxed out 2 dental insurances 2 years in a row correcting his damage and still owed thousands of dollars out of pocket. I still have lingering dental issues from him that can’t be fixed , I got mono from his filthy equipment and gloves that has caused other serious and permanent health issues. And I was lucky. I had a coworker whose mouth he damaged so badly that she needed bone grafts. Seriously- do NOT let this monster touch you.

When I was 18 years old -32 years ago- I worked for this man and even at a young age I knew there was something not right with him. As stated he always made patients return for unnecessary appointments. I swear he did a root canal on every patient that walked through the door. He is the reason that I gave up my dental career. I walked out his door and never went back to work in the dental field. He was the most arrogant and obnoxious man I think I have ever met. Clearly, things have not changed. It sounds like he got what he deserved. I’m sorry for all of you that he came in contact with. There are wonderful, caring and trustworthy dentists out there- he just isn’t one of them.

He ruined my mouth. He was constantly finding cavities that I didn’thave, he charged my insurance for root canals that he didn’t do.

His real name is Jamishad Assadinia not James and he never filled to practice under the name James.

He is no longer a Dr. or DDS. BUT he is still an ASS!

One of my proudest moments was taking him down. He got jail time , house arrest and turned in his license to practice.

I am a 9 year old girl. His toys were not good, the toy frog he gave me broke. just saying "I saw broken toys in the box" just saying.... This is her Mother - I am so disappointed in all the bad comments I have seen about Dr. A. People make mistakes, we all do!! No one is perfect!! He took care of my problems, he was repeatable and very helpful. I did notice that he may miss a shower or too on many of my visits to his office. His staff was very friendly, the main Tech. was helpful and meant well. I wish him and staff the best and Hope he will learn from mistakes made someday. "State College" is "Happy Vally" lets stay positive.

Here's the thing, I used to work for Dr. Ass as we would call him and he is a horrible dentist. All his employees have admitted to the fact that he needs to stop billing people for work he doesn't do or complete. He needs to loose his license. He is a heartless person who only cares about money. And if you ask me he and his main secretary have a drug problem. He is dirty, wears the same clothes everyday all week long and rarely changes his gloves as he scratches his butt or front area. Disgusting. He makes me sick and the fact is people are still believing his lies. Don't ever go back find another dentist. He is being investigated and eventually because these things take time he will go down for the awful things he is doing to people.
