Dr. Sinkoe says one thing, her brother the office manager says another....who is the physician? The staff is not warming, one guy and a older lady with gray hair is really rude.

Dr. Sinkoe is very caring and understanding. We are in and out no long waits. Our glasses are always what we paid for no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful always.

Both Dr. Sinkoe(s) were/are very helpful to me and my family. I can't say enough of how helpful and fast this office is. Even when I didn't have covering insurance they gave me a great deal on 3 pairs of glasses, eye exams and contacts. My children LOVE going there,unlike when I was a kid :P There may be limited pairs for some but that doesn't override the quality of service.

I was not happy with the whole experience. The available glasses were not very stylish and I was not picky with brand name or anything like that. Then my prescription seemed very off so I got a refund on my glasses and went to the Wal-Mart across the street to get another eye exam.

Dr. Sinkoe is a very sweet and caring doctor. Her staff is also great, they are very concerned and try to help you in anyway they can. Dr. Sinkoe also loves the children as well. She always gives them some encouraging words. Myself, my son, and my daughter all goes to her for our vision. She is really really great. so if you are thinking about having her as your optometrist she is great you want go wrong.

Dr. Sinkoe is the best eye docter that anyone could ever ask for. She is kind, caring, considerate, and sweet. She helps you to get what you need at the price you can pay. Thanks to her there are lots of people who can see much better!

MY INSURANCE WAS CHARGED FOR AN EYE EXAM THAT I PAID FOR IN CASH WHEN I PURCHASED MY GLASSES. I DIDNT GET ANY DISCOUNT FOR THIS. WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE CLAIM SHE FILED FILED, SHE JUST SAID IN A VERY NICE WAY " OH WE FORGOT TO GIVE YOU FREE TINT". ALSO MY KIDS, WHO HAVE THE SAME INSURANCE WERE PRESRIBED GLASSES THAT ANOTHER OPTOMERTRIST SAID THEY DIDNT NEED(READING GLASSES) THEY ARE 1 AND 3 YRS. OLD. THEY DONT READ YET
