Dr. Tony K. Hom provided a terrible experience. He is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and had very faulty social speaking skills. He repeatedly demanded for us to listen to him speak, and when we spoke back to his words, he would tell us to "stop arguing" with him, when no one was getting riled up, other than him. There was no reason for him to get all impatient. This doctor also made his patients feel like we were little children, under his demands and speech. It fell tiring to even try to speak to him. This experience will be the worst eye exam and doctor experience I would ever face. I would never want to go back, and would never suggest it for friends and family. Would never even recommend it for someone I dislike.

My visit to Dr. Hom's office was horrible. He thought he was above everyone and anyone. His ego and pride surpassed any professional healthcare worker I've come to face. His staff felt that choosing my glasses frame for me was necessary, and grew impatient and hostile when I kindly explained that it was my choice since I was the client who would be wearing the glasses. But the way they acted gave me the impression that they had something to hide. They were very impatient and neglected to answer even simple questions. The experience gave me a very unsettling feel, nothing short of a nightmare. He even gave us the wrong prescription and argued saying he told us he would do so, if he did I would never have settled for the wrong prescription. Wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with basic human respect.

I have visited different eye doctors over the years for my eye glasses, but dr. Tony Hom was the worst one eye doctor I've ever seen. He is rude , not knowledgeable and not professional at all, he can not answer most of my questions . However, he got very angry and rude. He kept yelling at me for not able to answer my questions. I think he himself need to see a doctor for his anger issues and need to get some training of how to treat his patients/customer in a professional way! his staff(an older lady) was not any better but the doctor was even ruder. got a very bad experience in this store visit, will not ever go back to this awful place.

Dr. Hom was the worst doctor I've ever visited. He was extremely rude and so was his staff. Both spoke to me in a disrespectful patronizing way. Arrogant and reluctant to explain any details from my checkup, he only talked about money. And didn't have the knowledge to answer any of my questions. Not professional at all. He even made me feel bad about the results of my eye exam, I never expected that from a doctor. I will never go back again, and will warn all my friends to never go there unless you want to be treated without any dignity.

Dr. Tony Hom is very rude and disrespectful. His staff is nice but he is very short with people. He doesn’t explain things clearly and kept changing the price. I called asking for a script and he wouldn’t even let me talk. He started yelling at me on the phone. Plus he keeps changing the prices. One minute he tells me one price the next minute he gives me a complete different price. I don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child and not allowing me to even finish my sentence. All I wanted was a script to get my prescription somewhere else. Then he told me to go back where I got my examen done last time if I want a script. So you took all my money and now you can’t write a stupid script that takes 2 secs because everything has to go through you! Ridiculous. I will never go back there again and I’ll tell everyone i know not to go there either

Dr. Hom was very thorough in checking my eyes for an accurate prescription. Unlike other doctors who just flip through different lenses trying to get me settled for a prescription, Dr. Hom was very patient with me while I was trying to figure out which lens adds more clarity. He was also careful to check for probable eye diseases such as glaucoma and cataract. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him for all my friends.
