Negative Rude Receptionist and Dentist was rude as well and discriminates against certain patients requiring them to pay upfront for service when they have verifiable dental insurance with a company she is under contract with to provide dental service in network. The dentist hung up the phone in my face after the mean receptionist told me I would have to pay upfront for service the dentist got on the phone and said" I cant take a chance of the insurance company not paying me" I filed a complaint with the dental company and the state board.

I love coming here! Every time I am greeted with smiles and positivity! Going to the dentist used to be such a scary process for me, but Dr. Becky has made it such a wonderful experience! Never thought that was possible!
