My mother was a patient of Dr. Faradyan. She was complaining of being in pain and shaking uncontrollably and was unable to get in touch with her Pulmonogist, so I flew down to FL to find out what was going on. I arrived in Florida on the 22nd of January and left a message with Dr. Faradyan's office that day explaining the issues my mother was having. I did not receive a call back on the 22nd. I called again the 23rd telling the answering service that it was urgent and that my mother wanted to call hospice. Again no call on the 23rd. Finally mid day on the 24th I received a call from Juan, one of Dr. Faradyan's nurses. I explained to Juan that my mother was suffering and that I thought it was related to the medication she was taking. Juan told me that he had Dr. Faradyan's personal cell phone number and would call him directly and call me back. I never heard back from Juan. That evening I brought my mother to the emergency room, where she was admitted to the hospital for acute respiratory distress. She was admitted. Since being admitted to the hospital she has been taken off of all 5 of the respiratory drugs that were prescribed to her by Dr. Faradyan and is doing much better because of it. Those drugs nearly killed my mother and it wasn't even worth a phone call to his office. To his credit I did finally receive a phone call from his office 5 days after I first attempted to contact him nstructing me to bring her to the hospital (after she had already been there for two days). I would not recommend Dr. Faradyan to place a band aid on anyone I cared about, much less treat them for pulmonary disorders. He obviously cares more about his money than his patients.
