Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Greenbaum takes the time to explain why I am having the pain in my knees. He didn't want to rush me into surgery, but offered physical therapy and injections as a means to prolong the need for surgery. He didn't make me feel rushed and really listened to what my concerns were. I had was able to make an appointment without any difficulities. Over all, I didn't feel like a "number" while in his office. I might add, that his staff made me feel like a good friend whenever I called.
