Wendy Wauguespack is very professional and helpful. Her diagnosis was right on, and her staff was most helpful in answering questions on insurance and in ordering new glasses. O I would recommend her highly.

Wendy Waguespack was amazingly condescending and unhelpful. After giving me her diagnosis, I attempted to ask her further questions, she did nothing but tune me out with no answers to my questions. Instead she ended the visit with a very short "the desk will sort you out, I have another patient" terrible bedside manner and arrogant.
The only good thing about her office is her staff. Incredibly pleasant and helpful.
Don't consider her, get someone else.

Dr. Waguespack answered my questions with patience and a terrific helpful attitude. I have the highest confidence in her knowledge and ability. Staff is also pleasant, efficient, and helpful. One time, a staff member did not make clear a fact that I would like to have known, so I would deduct a half star of the staff rating.

I am a retiree and I pay a $35 copay. WHen I was leaving from my visit I was charged an extra $30 for a test that I was not covered for. THis hurts me financially. They did not tell me when I went in. I have not had this happen at any other MD I've been to. Also, she did not have an answer why my Glaucoma test pressure was a little high! I will not go back
