Went for an appointment, was given wrong directions for Non-Existent Room 205. Missed the appointment window by 1 minute, and was refused service, even though I explained I had been looking for Room 205. I spent over five minutes looking for Room 205, had to go through each door reading list of doctors and went back to Room 201 to find Dr. Davuluri. His staff was complacent, rude, obnoxious, gave me attitude, turned their back toward me, walked off. I drove over 40 miles to this appointment and spent over $30 in gas. Not going back and NEVER AGAIN...!

Very poor choice. Complete disregard for patient ,no bedside compassion, insulted patient and created a distrust that resulted in patient being afraid seeking treatment.
