Good experience with Dr. Renzi, but that came to a complete halt when I had to see Patty on my way out. What a rude, disgruntled woman that most definitely should not be anywhere near patients. Because of her, my family and I are going to another office.

Ditto the last comment. I actually left the office because of the receptionist Patty. She gave me incorrect pricing and insurance information. I paid much more than anticipated. When I asked her a question about the procedure, she got all huffy and said she wasn't a doctor. She was clueless about anything related to dental treatment. Go to a smaller, more caring office where they are compassionate to an individual.

Nice doctor, but horrible secretary, Patty. Mean-spirited woman who obviously does not like her job or people for that matter. The office is crowded and noisy. Too big for quality care. Not returning
