Dr Senneville was very knowledgeable, caring and took time to explain things. I would recommend him highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Senneville for a few years for diabetic foot care. Even though he is never on time, he always takes time when I get in to see him. I think his tardiness is because he gives his patients the time that they need instead of rushing them in and out like cattle. Just recently, I had an emergency and he took me the same day with little wait time. I have been to doctors in Boston for most of my life and have never felt like an individual. I am glad that I switched to Dr. Senneville.

On the day of my appt, I called Dr. Senneville's office in Brighton and was blithely told by his receptionist that there was no appt. Despite the fact that it was scheduled 3 weeks ago, she neither apologized or offered to make a new one. Her response was more along the line of, you're not in the book, too bad, there's nothing I can do. When I asked what was the next available date, she said there was nothing until next month. When I asked if she could fit me in sooner, since this was their error and it was an issue that needed to be soon, she rudely interrupted in a snappy take-it-or leave-it tone: "Mam, that is the soonest that is available to you. Do you want it or do you not." I commented on the rudeness of her tone however she immediately interrupted me, became defensive, laughed when I raised a concern and disconnected the call. Rather than allow any other patient be treated in this ignorant & insulting manner, I figured it would be best to report the issue here.
