She owns and operates Plaza Dental Group in West Des Moines, and has almost 19 years of experience in practicing dentistry. Steffany joined this field of dentistry with the conviction to provide a positive dental experience to each of her patient, and totally believes in making her patients comfortable before she begins the treatment. She is well-known for her accomplishments in implant practice management, and is one of those very few dentists who invest time in helping the patients overcome their dental phobia.
