all staff were pleasant,helpful,caring, no pushing of products or even further appts. i could tell right away i was dealing with professionalism and the best treatment..

I don't even know where to begin with this doctor and his office staff!! If I ever move out of NJ or even out of the country, I am going to still come back once a year to see Dr Strauss. In 20 years I been going to eye doctors, I never went back to the same doctor more than once, every year I kept changing doctors, no one ever stood out. I been going to Dr Strauss for 3-4 years now. First, he is the ONLY doctor that has lowered my contacts / glasses prescription. I went from -4.50 to -2.75. That's a huge difference!!! No wonder I was getting so many migraines every week, but Dr Strauss noticed that I would always pick bolder letters, instead of what I was seeing. No doctor ever picked that out, & every time I went, they would raise my prescription. So this was a big plus.
Also, he is the ONLY doctor that noticed that I have a mark on the back of my eye, & every time I come in, he makes sure that it's the same size and no change to it. Again, no one ever picked that out. He also doesn't try to sell me the most expensive glasses or contacts.
And Paula the office manager is amazing!!!! She always works with your schedule to book your appointments. Just the whole office is extremely friendly & not there to make a quick dollar. They actually care about you. Thank you!!!

I have been using Dr Strauss for about ten years. His exams are very comprehensive! Selection is great and staff is very helpful. I am very ruff on my glasses, and the staff always does there best to help me out

I have this doctor for the past 4 years and he is simply great. He is very helpful and provides proper information and is knowledgeable.He gives time and understands my issues. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Strauss is extremely knowledgeable and performs the most thorough eye exams I've ever had. I live in CT and still come down to NJ to see him, because I find him to be credible and he cares about his patients. He is always willing to answer all of my questions and go into details of why certain conditions occur. He is nice, remembers who you are, and is good at what he does. Also his staff is friendly. I don't mind a bit of a wait if that means he'll spend time with me as well. And the wait has never been terrible. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Strauss is an Excellent Doctor, what other Optometrists messed up, HE Fixed!!! I had serious issues developing & he was the ONLY Physician who persisted & got to the bottom of a virus in my system that could have gotten me VERY ILL, or killed me! I'd SAY Knowledge is HIS VERY STRONG POINT! Not to mention his glasses RX's perfect! Some glasses take a lil time coz labs, NOT HIM!!! He is honorable, My entire Family Loves his work & his staff really care about their patients! in this say & age it's unheard of a Doctor listening, HE DOES! I'd follow him anywhere!!!

There was a little bit of a wait (as with all doctor offices), but the doctor and staff were very friendly and very helpful. This is my second time seeing him and I'm going to keep him as my primary Optometrist. He always gives thorough exams and he has office hours on Sunday which is a plus!
