9/10 times the front office staff can make or break a doctors office. Case in point…… Dr Gill, please ask your staff to return phone calls. I’ve left messages for 3 weeks trying to obtain my husbands medical records. I’m now emailing for proof. This is ridiculous. Next up is a visit to the office.

Seems like a profit making business. I attempted to get an appointment (I was diagnosed with esophageal diverticum) and they told me I could only see the PA as Dr. Satinder Gill would be availabile only in December. They asked for my insurance. When they found out I have both MEDICARE and AETNA World Bank, they immediately said they could refer me to another doctor who accepts MEDICARE. I Asked them to just bill AETNA World Bank or I could get preauthorization from AETNA World Bank to assure them of payment. They would not relent and insisted I go to another doctor who takes MEDICARE! Seems this practice is not concerned with the patients health but for the monetary returns! Find this to be so.UNETHICAL!

Hes dismisive and wnt speak to you for more than 2 minutes tops. They are just shuffling people in and out to bil insurance.

No complaints about Dr. Gill. Good luck in leaving a message with the office though. Emails and phone messages are simply not returned. Also, every time they take you to the back rooms, a staff member 'reviews' your information with you. Might as well say that you are there to have your head removed because they don't listen. Wonder what they are putting in their records since they will ask you something like, "You are here for your colonscopy follow-up right?" You reply, "That was three years ago." I am having my records sent to my GP as I will look to find another specialist.

Horrible bedside manner. The office staff is deplorable. I called to get a copy of bloodwork, and requested to receive it later that day. The person I was talking to had not even asked my name, but informed me that it would be impossible to receive my bloodwork in such a short amount of time. She informed me that there were other people sicker than I was and they also had to wait. She had no idea how sick I was, and she didn't care. I left a message for the nurse to call me on three separate occasions and never heard anything. On the fourth attempt, I received a call back and was informed that everything was fine and they would follow up. I informed them that the symptoms were still there and there were more symptoms also, therefore I wanted an appt with the physician. I was informed that I could get an appt with the P.A. but not the physician. I would never recommend!!!!!
