I went in 2004 for lipo of abdomen, love handles & thighs. The procedure went ok I suppose but after they didn't have any garmets for me so I had to have a friend bring me some. Then after 3 months I was told to follow up. I tried calling prior to the date because I felt a burning pain the in lipo area. Never was the phone picked up or my messages returned. My torso looks crooked and the outcome was severely disappointing. After 10 phones calls and one attempt to follow up, I'm left with a botched Cosmetic procedure.

Sorry Dr. Melton but ten years after the fact my liposuction still sucks. I was very unhappy with my first procedure in 2001 and went back for a "touch up" in 2002. More fat was removed in the second procedure than in the first, and I am still left with dramatically uneven contouring and many small but visible scars. The first procedure was incredibly painful so he added morphine for the second. I went back after the second procedure had healed and he kindly offered to do a third, but my experience was so bad I opted not to accept his offer. I was also left alone drugged freezing and bleeding for several very long minutes following my second procedure, just by myself on the table with no supervision or monitoring whatsoever. No one came to help me for a long time. I was on morphine and my teeth were chattering and I was very very uncomfortable. He is a nice man and I am sorry to say this but the whole experience was expensive very painful and ultimately disappointing.

Went in for the gynecomastia procedure. I flew from Los Angeles to Chicago to have this done. I suffer from puffy nipple gynecomastia and the doctor assured me that he could fix the problem with lipo. Long story short - he was wrong. Melton is a nice guy, but he isn't very knowledgeable about this procedure. Two years have passed since, and I'm still not happy with how I look. Stay away.

Had lipo on abs and thighs. He did not take out enough to make a difference. My abs are uneven also. He agreed the abs needed a touch up, but I lost confidence in him and did not go back to have him work on me again. He makes more incisions than most lipo docs and I do not need any more scars than I already have from this.

Liposuction performed on abdomin. Unhappy with results as you can see creases where the liposustion "ends". Fat left around belly button. Contour inconsistent. Doctor wouldn't acknowledge problem at follow-up and therefore refused to do touch-up.
