I felt very welcome and comfortable at Dr. Idema's dental office! The staff was very friendly. The hygienist was very gentle and informative about ways to take care of my teeth at home and how to work with reducing sensitivity! The dentist was very knowledgable and gave me options for work needing to be done. The dr and hygienist both took an interest in me as a patient and talked to me after my appointment was over. Did not make it seem like I was just another number!
