Very greedy, uncaring & unhelpful orthodontist. Didn't care about the patient in any kind of way. Was more concern about the money part of things than the needs of the patient. Just saw dollar signs. Was extremely disappointed in this guy. I would stay as far away as possible from this one. Wouldn't even recommend Dr. Kole-james to my worst enemy. That's how bad of a orthodontist he is. Stay away. Don't go. You'll regret it big time. " Take it from a person who has had a very unpleasant personal experience with the man " . Dr. Kole-james is the WORST of the WORST. Definitely a 1 star & even less than that. I would rate him a NEGATIVE 5 STAR if they had it. He is absolutely horrid. No good at all.

Don't waste your time. Worst orthodontist i've seen. Very greedy. Very unhelpful. Was totally unsatisfied in EVERY way.

VERY rude orthodontist. Didn't listen to me or respect me as a customer. Extremely poor manners as a professional on many different levels. Acted very careless & like he could care less. Didn't treat me as a patient should be in ANY WAY one bit. To make a long story short on this, Had " VERY URGENT " needs that needed to be addressed badly & Dr. Kole-James " DID NOT " take care of these urgent needs at all. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE. I would NOT go to Dr. Kole-James. VERY STRONGLY advise against hum. WROST experience that I've ever had. WORST orthodontist that I've ever seen in my life. ANY OTHER orthodontist would be way better than this orthodontist right here. " VERY SUPER UNSATISFIED ON HOW HE HANDLED SUPER URGENT MATTERS & ABOUT EVERYTHING ". DO NOT GO TO DR. KOLE-JAMES.
