Excellent Dr., cannot keep an appointment on time, you will wait 2-3 hours post appointment time. Arrogant rudeness with respect to appointment management.

This office is poorly managed and they simply do not care about keeping appointments. It’s at least a 3 hour wait every time.

Dr. Ali Kasraeian is knowledgeable and competent, but his staff is unorganized, inattentive and does not return phone calls. That level of service has forced me to seek another physician.

Extremely disappointed in administrative/scheduling staff. I wish I had chosen a different doctor after all the scheduling problems, unreturned phone calls, etc.

Dr. Kasraeian spent alot of time ensuring that I did not leave his office unaware of my serious condition. I listened to his recommendations (gladly so), and he saved my kidney. I will forever be grateful.
