Blue Cross / Blue Shield
In 2009 I had a custom bruxism guard made by Dr. Demerjian at TMJ Sleep Center in Burbank. I paid upwards of $1800 for this device. A year later, the hard plastic device no longer protects my teeth from my bruxism and I have been forced to go to CVS and buy a $50 plastic bruxism guard. In short, the money I spent for helping with my bruxism was ineffective. Save your money. Do NOT go to TMJ sleep center in Burbank!
