The most important thing about a doc is if he cares if you are doing well. Nothing replaces an actual caring about a human being. Even if a doc goes to Harvard med school, if he really doesn't care then he is not going to help you. This doctor really isn't interested in anyone's health other than his own. The only worse than his attitude is his staff's attitude! Read the reviews on him, even the good ones have reservations about him. Pick a better doc this one sucks!

Very brief appointments -- has never offered anything helpful. In fact, the last time I was there, he diagnosed me incorrectly. Last year, the staff incorrectly billed my appointment. This year, they did the same thing, and I'm done. I will never return.

i agree with everyone who has had a bad experience. worst Dr. ever. i used to go to him and i always had the same problems as everyone else. if i was sick i would always have to wait 1 to 2 wks to see the Dr. there staff is a bunch of Morons except for the head nurse. I would never get my results. there philosophy is if we don't call your alright. I would appreciate a call regardless. its called peace of mind. my mother still goes there and its the same bull i had to deal with. I now have Kaiser and i am sorry but it rocks. i can make appointments to see my doctor same day. i don't have to struggle and be sick for weeks. Dr. Nitta sucks.

I had a difficult time getting a timely appointment. I was very ill and had already gone to urgent care. Despite my efforts, the earliest appt was in 1 week. When I finally went to see the Dr, my appt was very brief (Less than 4 mins). As I was talking, he closed my medical folder and proceeded to wash his hand to signal the end of our appointment. Bad Dr! Staff is mix..some good, other don't care. However, overall the staff was only slightly better. I call to request my lab results. I never received it. I called a second time and I'm still waiting.

Hours of oper: Mon, Wed & Fri 9am-1pm; Tues & Thurs 9am-1pm then 2pm-4pm. Never available for same day appts. He phones in prescription without seeing my family members. Sends us to Urgent Care rather than seeing patient same day. His quickest appt is 1 to 2 weeks out. When we did get an appt for my 10yr old boy, Dr. Nitta saw him without my wife present. The nurses took my son and told my wife that she could wait out in the waiting rm. They told her that they were going to take his vitals but my wife thought that the nurses would call her when the doctor actually saw my son. They did not. My wife was furious. She insisted on seeing the doctor but he never came out. He had the nurses explain to my wife what his findings were. I am extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Nitta. He is a family physician and he doesn't have same day appts? His hours of operation are short. It seems like he hides from you. I don't get it.
