I am very very confused I was told in 2016 that he was retired he is the most wonderful eye doctor there could ever be and I'll be on the phone come Monday to find out if he did retire he will give each patient the time of the day with the understanding that when it's your turn you're going to get it too here it is March 2019 all I can do is pray that he didn't retire or if he did maybe he came back I'm totally confused but if he did retire this world lost the greatest eye doctor and yes I'm having trouble finding one that I can trust like I did him

Dr Troutman is an honest and reliable person whom I trust completely as my optometrist. As long as I live within a 100-150 mile radius of his office, I will drive out of my way to see him.

Dr. Troutman had given me my first pair of glasses when I entered Middle School and I continued to choose him over larger offices in local counties up until I left to follow a military career after highschool. And to this day I will bet his receptionist will remember my name as soon as I walk in the door. He's always been very professional and friendly. So whenever I return home He'll be the first one I go to for a check-up or new frames
