Staff: 4 stars. Good. No problems. But it's hard to rate an excellent when you're busy, so don't necessarily blame the staff. And be patient? (I know. I work, too...) Popping it up to 5, because the doc counts as part of the team. Punctuality: 3 Stars. Often a little wait, from my experience - but the attention you get is worth it. My parents also go here. Knowledge/Helpfulness: 5 stars.

Dr. Moynihan is the best Family Doctor on Long Island. The office personnel does not give great service when you try and call and they push everything off onto the patient. Delegators at their best.

Dr Moynihan and his staff are the most caring, concerned and compassionate team I have ever used. I have many reasons to visit the doctor and each time I am asked and greeted in a very friendly manner and the nurses all seem to care about me and how my family is doing. The only problem is you might have to wait but it is ok as when it is your turn you are given the attention and help you need.
