I just saw him today as a second opinion. Wow, what a difference. I had to wait 2 months to see him and originally I thought he is one of those surgeons who is going to push for surgical intervention and that is why he is so busy and not able to see me on a more timely fashion. He gave me so many options and actually persuaded me not have a surgery for my condition. What a difference

I had a problem with my right kidney due to a previous surgery. The previous surgery blocked the ureter and my right kidney died. Dr. Shenassa helped me through the process and very stressful situation. At the end, the kidney had to be removed and the surgery which he performed was done with no future issues. Very happy with his performance as a surgent. Highly recommend him.

Ben Shenassa is my colleague, as I am a physician myself. He performed a straightforward surgery on my teenage son with great results. His follow up and vigilance were phenomenal. He also performed a complex surgery on another one of my family members. Because of his care and bringing in the right consultants to help, my family member is alive and free of cancer. I have and will continue to refer to him my other patients and/or family members.

phenomenal experience. he has saved life of a family member and multiple friends. I love the fact that he tries to improve the problem without medicines first. It was interesting how he told me he is one of the biggest prescriber of a medicine that can help me; however, asked me to manage my issue with other modifications. My family member was saved by him after his performing a complex surgery.

Dr. Shenassa diagnosed and treated my father for prostate cancer eight years ago. Recently I went to him for a visit. Ben is the most trust worthy, caring and capable urologist I know. Highly recommended.

Dr. Shenassa performed a straight forward surgery on my husband. But his manner in delivering the long term issues he may have was terrible. Very smart man. Not on-time, infact he brushed off our follow-up apoitment to a nurse to fill us in. We refused & waited 45 min for him to show up & answer our questions. We are in our 40's, this stuff isn't small to us. He minimized many of our concerns in a way that left us frustrated. His staff also was very nice but one of his office gals kept screwing up the hospital paperwork right up to the day before the operation. This was a major stress getting her to figure it out. Suffice to say we are looking for another doctor.

Dr. Shenassa and his staff were very helpful and polite. Dr. Shenassa took the time to sit down with me and discuss all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his mannerism. I would definitely recommened him to friends and family.

He's in one of the most knowledgeable and kind doctors I have ever visited. And all his staff were most helpfull and nice. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Dr. Shenassa's office.
