I'll be the first to admit how terrifying the first visit to a chiropractor can be. Dr. Marchese immediately set my fears at ease. He listens unlike many doctors and readily set a plan for full recovery. I trust him whole heartedly and happily recommend him to everyone I know.

In my opinion, Dr. Marchese is the best chiropractor in Spokane. He is knowledgeable, professional and extreamlly talented. He has so much to offer his patients and I feel very fortunate to be one of them. I will recommend him to anyone and continue to sing his praises.

Dr. Marchese is always friendly when he greets me and never has me waiting . He has helped me better than any other chiropractor has.

He worked on me 3-4 times when my doc was out. Nice enough kid. He's nervous and shaky most times. I give him credit. I'm 6'5, he's no taller than my grand boy, 5'5 I bet. That can't be easy! I'd be nervous and sweattin too!

A little experience goes a long way, good luck to him.

Super nice guy! Not sure what the previous poster was upset about but the staff was excellent and Dr Marchese was great with my 8 months old son and me!
