Do not go to this Doctor, if you are between 45-55, female and have dizziness issues. I have real diagnossed issues that he denies "menopause" His treatment plan on his SOAP notes is REASURANCE? I thought the days of women being descriminated against by Doctors were over long ago. Very abusive and rude. I have had several falls since a serious accident in 09. Dr Ross said " if you fall, you fall, get up, you won't have any serious injuries from it". 2 weeks after I saw him I had a dizzy spell and fell in my bathroom. This time I hit my head and broke my ankle. Perhaps if he had not just done a 20 min consult and blew me off, the fall may have been prevented, with treatment. Not a patient advocate at all.

Dr Ross may have been a few minutes behind, but I didn't feel rushed when I was called in and felt that he was genuine and sincere.
